Emergency Restoration
After the World Trade Center tragedy, communication networks in lower Manhattan were destroyed. Verizon turned to AFL Network Services to help restore several Central Office (CO) switches. Over 400 technicians were deployed to provide repair and replacement services for access and transport systems. Within one week, trading floors were back online and most of the network was up and running within one month. |
AFL Network Services understands the challenges facing service providers today and offers an end-to-end solution for central office EF&I (engineer, furnish, and install) services. That is why the leading major communication providers turn to AFL Network Services for the technical support and resources needed to cost effectively install networks.
AFL has over 20 years of experience installing all types of equipment and systems for communication networks. With our nationwide resources, we can manage individual applications and use our National Accounts group for customers requiring multi-regional, certified installations throughout the U.S.
