| Designed for quick installation and ease in handling, AFL Toneable Flat Drop Cable serves as the last link for the FTTx networks of today. The design is constructed utilizing proven buffer tube technology with a single tube containing up to twelve fibers. Two diametrically opposed dielectric rods are placed alongside the buffer tube to provide the mechanical properties of the cable. A copper wire is attached to the cable for toning purposes. No bonding or grounding of the main cable is required. |
