AFL employees seek opportunities to help organizations and people in need, hoping to make a lasting impact on those we serve. That’s why Fujikura Foundation provides aid for groups of employees who want to make that difference.

To qualify for this program, a team of 10 employees gathers together to aid a non-profit for four or more hours (equivalent to 40 or more service hours). After the project(s) have been completed, those employees will present a check in the amount of $3,000 to the non-profit.

The same rules and restrictions for regular grants apply to service grants. Projects must be complete by January of each year to allow for check deposits to be complete by the end of the fiscal year (March of any given year).
